1. New User Role: GlobalManager
As our customers scale and operate across multiple countries and branches, so must their access control. That’s why we’ve introduced the GlobalManager role — a new top-level user type with oversight capabilities across all organizational units in fLex.

2. Improved Quote Email Handling
No more second-guessing who will receive your quote. fLex now allows you to see and change the email recipients when sending a quote.

- Better support for shared inboxes or multiple stakeholders
3. Courier Booking: Support for Next Day Pickups
fLex Courier just got smarter. You can now create bookings using a “Next Day Pickup” scheme, improving planning and cost-efficiency when same-day pickup isn’t feasible or necessary.

- Matches courier operations more closely
- Reduces failed pickup attempts
- Makes scheduling more predictable for your customers
4. Preview and Re-Print Spot Quote PDFs
We’ve made it easier to keep track of your quotes with a preview and re-print option for PDF versions of spot quotes. Whether you want to double-check before sending or retrieve a past offer, it’s now just a click away.
5. Courier: Edit After Submit
Ever submitted a courier booking and then needed to make a small change? You’re not alone — and now, you can edit submitted courier bookings directly from fLex.
Supported changes include:
- Updating reference fields
- Adjusting parcel dimensions or weight
- Modifying pickup instructions
