By implementing the Spot Quote system, we have been able to streamline our quoting process across airfreight throughout the Blue Water organization. We now have a much better overall transparency of what we are quoting on, what we win and what we lose, plus the reasons why. This enables us to implement changes in processes and behavior to optimize our business. It also gives us a uniform front towards clients, no matter where they are located, while ensuring we always provide the correct terms and conditions, deadlines and any other relevant general information we want our clients to have. Overall, our customer contact has become even more efficient.
