Being founder and owner of a company for more than 15 years I have taken my fair share of hours in front of the computer, but for the past 3 months I have had the pleasure of taking care of this little fireball of happiness. It is however now coming to an end – at least full time.
Becoming a father of course affects your perspective, priorities, and responsibility – and led me to the conclusion that I wanted to take 3 months of paternity leave together with Viktoria. Fortunately for me, I was met with complete understanding from colleagues, customers and partners – so this post is really a BIG Thank You to all of you for stepping up, filling in and being flexible. It has meant a great deal to our little family and I can highly recommend it.
